2. Service-Based Nature
All our services are custom-designed according to client requirements. Therefore, refunds are generally not offered once the service process has started.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before any work begins.
- All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@prowebshop.online.
- If requested within 24 hours of payment and work has not begun, a full refund may be issued (minus transaction fees).
- Once design, planning, or development has begun, the service cannot be canceled.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only considered if Prowebshop Pro Web Services cannot deliver the service due to internal reasons.
- Refund approval is subject to management discretion.
- Refund requests must include invoice number, payment details, and reason for refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom digital work, design, or website development.
- Third-party software or services purchased for the client.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account if refund delay exceeds 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary by your bank/payment gateway.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating any chargeback. Sudden chargebacks may delay resolution and affect eligibility for future refunds.
